Now, any student, educator, parent, or member of the public can report school safety concerns directly to law enforcement and school administrators anonymously and easily through the FortifyFL app or www.getfortifyfl.com. The app, which is available for download on Apple and Android mobile devices, is critical to ensuring all Florida schools are safe environments where students and educators can experience and share the joy of learning without fear. Please visit this link for a list and explanation of resources, many of which are electronic, that will help give you powerful, free tools and resources to help your child with the essential components of reading: Oral language, phonics, phonological awareness, fluency, vocabulary and comprehension.
The Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 as amended by the Every Students Succeeds Act (ESSA, 2015), requires every state and district to publish report cards that show how the state, district, and schools are doing with regard to student achievement and success.

Due to language in House Bill 1467, you may now choose to limit your child's access to media center materials. There are 3 levels, the first being open access. This means you are comfortable with your child continuing to choose from any materials available from our media center. Of course, even if this is the level of access that you choose, we will always exchange items if you are not pleased with the choice your child has made. Levels 2 and 3 limit access to materials. If you choose to limit access, you must complete the attached form accessible via the link below. If level 3 is chosen, please contact the media center to schedule your appointments to review and check out materials.
